I earned degrees in Journalism, Political
Science, and, Law at the University of Oregon, spent
15 years as a legislative reporter, and, 10 years as
an active attorney. Since the 1980s, I have lived
within walking distance of the Oregon State Archives,
and, specialized in researching the Oregon Revised
Statutes.
